C2's client, an innovative and award-winning architectural firm, is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The right candidate brings a rare combination of strong writing and design skills to this role and is highly creative and detail-oriented. The pro in this position develops compelling marketing materials that support the firm's strategic goals, increases awareness, builds strong brand equity, and aligns the company's efforts to win new work.
Start date: As soon as they find the right person
Duration: Full-time, permanent position. Hours may fluctuate during busy and less busy seasons (they have a work hard/play hard environment).
Location: Onsite in Milwaukee for initial training, then transition to a hybrid onsite 3+ days per week and 1-2 WFH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in partnership with market leaders, project delivery staff, business development and marketing in development of attractive, high-quality and effective proposals, presentations and marketing materials.
- Elevate the pursuit process (sales process/materials) to ensure that overall strategic messaging, technical scope, staff qualifications, and experience are represented with accuracy as well as being exceptionally compelling, well-written and graphically pleasing.
- Manage the pursuit schedule, acquiring supporting materials from internal staff and external consultants in a timely fashion.
- Assist with the firm's social media and public relations.
- Develop and maintain design templates for a variety of marketing materials including proposals, presentations, case studies, collateral materials, resumes, etc. in alignment with our brand standards.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of websites with new projects, articles, etc.
- Manage and maintain pursuit data within firm databases.
- Help drive process to ensure the most efficient procedures and protocols are in place.
- Perform other duties as requested.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional marketing/communications experience.
- Adeptness with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop required.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling, clear and concise content.
- A proactive self-starter who is able to plan, prioritize and multitask; manage and adhere to multiple, concurrent deadlines and in a fast-paced environment, and work cross-functionally to accomplish results.
- Enthusiastic and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
