We are a locally owned packaging company in St Joseph, MO, specializing in industrial packaging products. We are looking for a multi-talented individual to help us grow. We need an experienced driver (Class B or E) for our box truck. Duties will entail 1 to 3 day-long trips, max of 3 nights on the road Monday thru Friday. Home all weekends. Travel expenses are paid by Royal Packaging. MUST BE EXPERIENCED DRIVER. Drivers are required to understand load building, help unload truck with pallet jack at customer's location and be willing to learn to load and unload truck at main warehouse when needed. Must be willing to work in the warehouse when not on the road.
We are still a small growing company that is competing successfully against our competitors. This addition to our team will be critical in our continued success. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
One week of paid vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks of paid vacation after that. Performance bonuses paid annually for qualifying employees - range 3-20% of salary.
