Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to design, implement and lead the firm’s marketing strategy and execution across multiple offices and territories. This is a full-time, salaried position based out of our Shelton, CT or Newton, MA office, reporting directly to the VP, Operations. The Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding the vision and direction of the Executive Committee and executing it in an actionable marketing strategy.
Responsibilities include:
Management:
- Evaluate current marketing systems and designs.
- Design and deliver efficient marketing communications program to meet or exceed business goals.
- Overall brand management, creation, distribution, consistency, and integration of all marketing collateral and activities.
- Evaluate and manage current marketing personnel and vendors to optimize production.
- Develop and create strategy to manage marketing personnel and vendors accordingly for future growth.
Communications:
- Develop and lead all direct marketing and promotion including agent and company-based marketing.
- Develop and lead all indirect marketing and promotion initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage production cycle for creation and distribution of client facing proposals, offering memoranda and market reports.
- Maintain all client facing content and information for accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate marketing direction across departments.
Technology:
- Develop and maintain expertise in various marketing platform resources (Rethink/Salesforce, Buildout, Constant Contact, WordPress, Canva)
- Have basic graphic design and website management capabilities.
- Explore and analyze new marketing technology to benefit the firm.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or business-related field
- 5+ years of Marketing experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Commercial Real Estate knowledge
Skill and Competencies:
- Must have commercial real estate knowledge regarding marketing and campaign development.
- Knowledge of marketing mix and best practices to ensure plans drive to objectives.
- Strong creative capabilities include ideation and basic design ability.
- Effective communicator to be able to collaborate across organization.
- Process oriented, project management minded, proven track record to deliver to deadlines and manage budgets.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Office 365 and other SaaS marketing platform
- Results and measurement-driven with experience managing budgets.
- Creative problem solving and analytical skills.
