Our nonprofit client in Alexandria is looking for a licensed specialist who will focus on maintaining records of license renewals and assisting in the negotiation of agreements.
This position will be a W2 contract, and onsite for three days a week. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilites
- Develop and manage licensing agreements and contracts, monitor license terms and conditions and ensure compliance
- Identify and evaluate current and potential licensees
- Organize and manage licensing records
- Review and maintain written and computer files and conduct data entry
- Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
- Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of licensing processes and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with graphic design and desktop publishing
- Ability to write persuasively
- Ability to prepare accurate reports
