Kekst CNC is currently seeking a Director, Digital Communication to play an important role in developing and executing our digital offering in the New York office. You’ll create and deliver paid digital strategies and content for companies and executives, serving as a day-to-day digital/multimedia expert/point of contact on important workstreams for key corporate clients.
We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative digital expert who loves weaving together paid digital media with strategic content, formats, platforms and client voices and messages to create cohesive programs that build, protect and drive brand reputation.
The Director, Digital Communication will play an integral role in furthering our capabilities, operations, client offerings, and the function overall, while simultaneously executing on immediate mandates. Some of the initiatives will be digitally-led and others will be one workstream in support of larger strategic corporate communications and public affairs campaigns. This person is entrepreneurial and will leverage their expertise to build something new with endless opportunities. As we continue to build out the function, this person will need to embody the Kekst CNC way of working- wear multiple hats and be comfortable working on strategies while also willing to get into the weeds of execution.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute targeted paid digital campaigns, including goals, strategies, stakeholder engagement across all platforms, channel management, content calendar management, measurement and analytics for integrated programs.
- Develop KPIs, summarize analytics across many formats, leverage data to optimize campaigns and create reporting with actionable client insights.
- Manage, place buys, and run digital campaigns for Search and GDN along with social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.), native platforms, and others.
- Have a deep understanding of the above platforms and others, including Wikipedia, Glass Door, Reddit, TikTok and more to support clients with questions, strategies and crises.
- Serve as a key member of the team in a client-facing capacity, developing and delivering on program goals, supporting operational plans and participating in relevant meetings.
- Analyze social media on owned client channels, delivering strategies for both organic and paid campaigns, along with storytelling that adheres to client standards, practices and requirements.
- Provide social content solutions for companies across industries, from healthcare and CPG to trade organizations and tech.
- Serve as quality control for digital programs, working closely with internal early career staff, client leads and cross-functional experts.
- Generate analysis and client strategies by conducting audits that measure channels, peer benchmarking and best-in-class programs.
- Maintain a working knowledge of our clients, from priorities and ways of working to industry trends and audience behaviors.
- Seek opportunities to share innovative recommendations to support our staff in the digital space.
- Support the development of digital best practices relevant to our clients and corporate storytelling overall.
- Contribute to the new business process.

Requirements/Skills:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Paid Digital Media Marketing, along with Communications and/or related fields, with corporate communications experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage several projects on multiple accounts and work in high pressure and time-sensitive special situations.
- A self-starter with demonstrated accountability and commitment to take on a project through completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, resourcefulness and creative thinking to deliver exceptional content.
- Experience with and willingness to build working knowledge of digital platforms, industry standards and updates.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately judge and edit work as well as mentor, coach and support junior team members.
Compensation Range: $91,000-$154,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
