Responsibilities
The Client Relations Coordinator’s primary duties include providing support for Client Relations Account Managers through management of client meetings, coordination with life insurance carriers for policy administration, preparation of meeting materials and overall client account maintenance and tracking information on our Salesforce CRM platform. The Coordinator must have the ability to work in an atmosphere that has a high degree of confidentiality and exhibit professionalism, integrity, honesty, discretion, and sound judgment. The Coordinator is expected to participate in the development of solutions that meet the needs of our clients and build strong client relationships. The Coordinator is also expected to collaborate across multiple departments to improve client experience.
Capabilities, Experience and Attitude
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Manages multiple tasks at one time; quickly and accurately shifts attention among multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without loss of accuracy.
- Project management, organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Adobe/PDF applications.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- 3 years’ experience at a life insurance agency or carrier preferred, experience in policy services or executive benefits is a plus.
- Experience in developing standard operating procedures is a plus.

Hybrid Schedule
3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
