DUTIES
Interact with parents to share Information about their child's day.
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all babies.
Support babies in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Develop classroom management and behavior management strategies.
Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Supervise babies during activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
Create daily activities, and age appropriate projects.
Make sure each baby gets outside each day that is appropriate with our weather indicator.
REQUIREMENTS
Complete mandatory trainings as required by the State childcare division.
Complete finger printing and mandatory background check
Must have a CDA, Apprenticeship certification, Early Childhood Degree or equivalent.
SKILL
Ability to be respectful to parents
Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with children , parents, and colleagues.
Organizational skills for classroom management.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of children.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
