This position is based in Greensboro, NC and will move to Liberty, NC upon completion of site construction. This role will require a hybrid mix of some in-office time and some remote work.

Who we re looking for
Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina's (TBMNC) Accounting and Finance Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Analyst - Productivity.
The primary responsibility of this role is to report and understand all productivity metrics at facility, along with headcount status and targets for running facility .
Reporting to the TBMNC A&F Finance Manager, the person in this role will support the TBMNC Finance department's objective to to maintain competitive productivity metrics with all battery manufacturers globally.
What you ll be doing
- Reviewing data like total worked hours, headcount actuals/forecast, attrition, and other labor related drivers to report to management current status of productivity and labor at facility
- Work with headquarters TMNA productivity group to report our production efficiency and hours per unit explaining at executive level how the facility is performing
- Work in cross functional groups with HR, Manufacturing, and other groups to understand headcount requirements to make sure the facility is running at optimal levels for people and cost competitiveness
- Facility is currently in start-up phase, so will be given opportunity to propose labor KPI and tracking methods, will be able to own labor reporting for billion dollar manufacturing facility.
What you bring
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
6 or more years of relevant experience
Proven experience with Cost Productivity and/or labor analytics
Experience building relationships with stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Added bonus if you have
CPA or CMA.
Experience with SAP Financials.
Experience with BPC Planning for SAP.
Experience working for an Automotive Manufacturing company.
Experience in Toyota Accounting & Finance.
Working experience with Microsoft Power BI (including data importation, slicer manipulation, report creation and troubleshooting).
Experience with Power Point & Presentation Skills
Manufacturing Cost Productivity experience, including Hours per unit tracking and headcount analysis.
Experience supporting hiring and headcount tracking projects.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing processes
