The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative is responsible for accurately and securely processing customer faxes, emails, calls, quotes, orders and other requests. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will review customer quotes and orders to ensure accuracy and completeness, enter quotes and orders into the system, and provide follow-up on any discrepancies. The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will also provide excellent customer service to answer any questions or address any concerns that customers may have. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
