Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tax Supervisor/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive review experience as well as experience managing staff to ensure projects are assigned, organized and professionally maintained.
Job Description:
Prepare and/or review complex tax returns
Develop staff; review work product, provide leadership and technical knowledge
Supervise engagements; emphasis on coordinating communication between staff and clients as well as ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
Work with clients to minimize federal, state and local tax liability; identifying and mitigating tax risks
Conduct tax research as needed
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or EA certification a plus
- Experience in individual and corporate taxation and accounting
- Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and financial concepts
- Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
-Proficiency in CCH Tax Access, Microsoft, BNA, Quickbooks desirable

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
