Our client, a rock 'n' roll lifestyle brand that offers a wide range of clothing and accessories is seeking a dynamic and versatile Brand Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is a true "Jack/Jill of all trades" and has a passion for fashion, music, and brand development. The Brand Manager will work closely with our Brand Photographer and Creative Director, on various campaigns, photoshoots, and product launches. This position also involves managing marketing efforts, customer service, social media, and wholesale account communications.
Location: Chicago, IL (Logan Square)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35-hour work week)
Compensation: $70-75K
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Brand Photographer and Creative Director on product development, campaigns, and photoshoots.
- Collaborate on styling for photoshoots to ensure brand consistency.
Marketing & Social Media:
- Assist in marketing products, brand initiatives, and social media campaigns.
- Manage social media scheduling and content using Later.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media direct messages related to products, orders, returns, etc.
- Provide exceptional communication and problem-solving to enhance the customer experience.
Wholesale & Invoicing:
- Manage communications with wholesale accounts.
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong writing, collaboration, and communication skills
- Background in fashion and music lifestyle is a plus
- Ability to understand and embody the brand ethos
