Job Overview
The Digital Banking Manager is responsible for management of the Digital Banking enhancement and functionality roadmap, implementation of enhancements and break/fixes that arise during implementation. Manage enhancement processes and workflows from end-to end to ensure the team delivers a high-quality experience that meets or exceeds user expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the features and functionality strategy and workflow process for deployment of enhancements.
Track and manage the Online and Mobile Banking strategic roadmap, prioritization and deployment schedule.
Work directly with development teams (internal and external) to discover, manage and implement enhancements end-to-end to meet deadlines, member expectations and regulatory requirements.
Meet with internal stakeholders to discover business needs and implement enhancements.
Gather and document requirements for new enhancement requests.
Manage and actively participate in testing new enhancements including coordinating testing with other Internal Stakeholders when applicable and developing effective testing scripts.
Manage the internal issues log and open tickets for issues found during implementation.
Adept at managing expectations, negotiating priorities, and balancing user needs with business goals.
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Gather information needed for internal audits and the NCUA audit related to Digital Banking
Active participant in special projects related to Digital Banking
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Prepare departmental reports related to Digital Banking. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and present regular reports including but not limited to metrics, trends, and performance and use this data to drive decision-making and planning.
Collaborate with Learning and Leadership Development to create, implement, or update an effective training program for staff.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of digital banking enhancements.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Digital Banking Systems to facilitate implementation, support and troubleshooting during enhancement requirements gathering and implementation.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of banking rules and regulations related to Digital Banking
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, digital marketing, or related eCommerce field.
7+ years' experience in a retail digital environment.
Ability to facilitate and drive discussions with cross functional teams throughout the organization
Ability to work independently and problem solve to identify and implement solutions
Flexible and quickly adaptable to shifting requirements
Ability to give and receive feedback in a positive, constructive, and respectful manner.
Strong ability to collaborate and entertain other perspectives.
Must possess very strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Willingness to participate as a team player and leader, at various organizational levels.
Ability to develop and sell new ideas convincingly.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, as well as strong organizational skills.
