OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales to help us achieve PJi’s growth aspirations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Develop and grow a high-performing marketing team.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including digital strategies, to align with the company’s overall business goals, increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence.
- Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the creation and management of the company’s brand identity, including logo, messaging, and visual elements.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to build relationships with key media outlets and generate positive publicity.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Manage the company’s website and ensure it is up-to-date and engaging.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting.
