Zanna Roberts Rassi is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized Fashion & Media Assistant to support her. The role will report directly to Zanna and her Executive Assistant. This role will be full-time in-person in New York City. This position is well-suited for those interested in pursuing a career in fashion media, tv production, and social media. This job is a one-of-a-kind opportunity, with exposure to multiple facets of the fashion and media industry!
About Zanna
Zanna Roberts Rassi is a British born, New York-based Emmy award-winning fashion and beauty journalist, television host, and producer. She began her career as a beauty editor at Marie Claire UK, eventually holding the title of Editor-At-Large for Marie Claire US. In 2016, she co-founded Milk Makeup. Currently, Zanna is a Today Show Style Correspondent, E! Style Host, and Style Contributor for the The Drew Barrymore Show.
The Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Organizational Admin
- Managing Zanna’s personal and professional calendar
- Expense Tracking and Management
- Asset Management
- Travel Booking (flights, cars, accommodations)
- Personal Requests (as needed)
Styling
- Styling Outreach and requests
- Sample trafficking
- Shipping and returns
Social + Creative - the Fashion & Media Assistant will work closely with the Executive Assistant on social production, including:
- Schedule content shoots
- Facilitate shoots
- Social Edits
- Posting Content
- Social Channel Engagement
Requirements:
The fashion & media assistant must be extremely organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The fashion & media assistant must be reliable, with excellent communication skills. The executive assistant will work closely with Zanna and her family, so integrity and discretion is absolutely required. A positive attitude is an absolute must. The executive assistant must have social media experience and editing skills. Knowledge of the fashion industry and VIP news is required, so if you have your finger on the pulse of all things fashion, beauty and celebrity, this role is perfect for you!
Basic Qualifications
- 1-2 years of assistant experience or experience within the fashion / media industry
- Experience calendar management (Google Suite preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Proficiency in CapCut or social editing software equivalent
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite
