The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Brand Director in developing and implementing effective to go market strategies and business/marketing plans to enhance the brand and drive market growth in close collaboration with key internal and external business partners.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with licensors on marketing plans, sales goals, product needs and overall strategy.
- Support in monitoring and analysis of sales by channel against annual targets
- Participate in field visits to understand market trends and provide recommendation to elevate brand presence compared to competition.
- Recommend plans by channel of trade to ensure that top line sales goals are met
- Investigate brand & competitive trends/ results and identify commercial opportunities, strategies and action plans to improve sales and increase market share
- Identify opportunities to grow door productivity, develop and customize tools to help with brand sell in and sell through
- Communicate global needs (product, marketing tools) by analyzing market environment, competition and brand trends and share recommendations on a regular basis.
- Present and communicate eyewear collections for brand reviews, trainings, and sales needs
- Assist in managing marketing budget including advertising, training, promotional and commercial plans.
- Support in trade marketing projects from ideation to installation in market with 3rd party vendors
Basic Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Marketing-related field
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to thrive in fast-pace environment
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external groups
• Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills and attention to detail
•Highly analytical and process oriented
•High level of skill in MS Office products (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
