Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care clinic in Buckeye, AZ. New Grads are welcome to apply.
As an integral member of our team, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education. If you meet all the requirements listed, please apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications
- Provide patient education and counseling on a variety of health topics
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Valid Arizona license to practice medicine and DEA license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
