The Role
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will provide senior-level project management oversight of marketing campaigns. You will execute and deliver within tight and evolving deadlines, cross-collaboratively with marketing and broker teams. Additionally, you will partner with team leaders to proof copy and tailor content to align with target market and client priorities. Your responsibilities will include writing and adapting email copy for executive-level audiences and sending emails via the Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) platform, while continuously seeking ways to improve processes for better outcomes. You will enhance growth programs and initiatives, facilitate lead generation, and administer email marketing. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the brokerage team to convert ideas, recommendations, and deliverables into effective marketing programs and campaigns.

- Proficient in digital marketing and email campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)
- Impeccable attention to detail, specifically with written communication and marketing campaigns

Qualifications
- Five to seven years of work experience in a professional environment required
- No previous commercial real estate experience required
- Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) major plus
- Upbeat, happy, friendly and client centric
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
