We seek a motivated individual to join our seed-stage startup as a Digital Marketer. In this role, you will work side by side with the founding team to develop digital marketing campaigns and assets, distribute them across multiple online channels, and draw actionable conclusions from the results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with uncertainty and can develop solutions to open-ended problems. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the founders to develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy.
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Create, analyze, and refine content for SEO, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and engaging for the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in marketing a technical B2B product.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.
- Expertise with analytics and CRM tools.
- Early-stage startup experience is a plus.
