Title: Brand Marketing Lead
Type: Full-time/Perm/Hybrid (Meet with the team 1-2 times a week).
Location(s): Seattle/SF Bay Area
Base Salary (Range): $140 - $150K
Summary:
As the Brand Marketing Lead, you will develop and deliver brand strategies to effectively position the company as a leader in the market. Your brand marketing efforts will create meaningful, emotional connections with ideal customer profiles and drive measurable new demand for the company to align with the company's goals and objectives. You will lead content, influencer relationships, and brand partnerships to ensure consistent and impactful brand storytelling across all direct customer and partner touchpoints.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be experienced in Content Marketing (including Writing), Events, Brand Strategy, and Leadership.
- Takes a creative and idea-driven approach to things.
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing.
- Able to travel (1 - 2 trips per year, possibly internationally).
- Experience marketing to multiple international markets.
- Consulting and SaaS marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Hubspot, and familiarity with a modern website CMS, project management tooling.
Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Champion our brand identity and enable cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, customer success) to bring our brand story to life authentically.
- Ensure brand identity is appropriately positioned and reflected across all customer and partner touch-points.
- Ensure your team is successful in their work and support their development.
- Lead content marketing strategy and guide the Content Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with overall brand goals.
- Use analytics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the brand in the market.
- Create and share regular reports on brand performance.
- Provide actionable insights to support overall marketing strategy and execution.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve brand marketing efforts.
- Lead content, influencer relationships, and brand partnerships to ensure consistent and impactful brand storytelling across all direct customer and partner touchpoints.
Brand Partnerships
- Build highly effective brand partnerships that extend reach and awareness across ideal customer profile (ICP) industries.
- Establish and manage influencer relationships that align with brand values and effectively amplify the brand story.
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with industry bodies and other parties across our ICP.
Brand Positioning and Storytelling:
- Build and deliver brand positioning that effectively positions the brand in the competitive landscape, aligning with customer needs and values, and fostering meaningful emotional connections with new and existing audiences.
- Stay informed on relevant customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Use these insights to refine brand strategy and support the delivery of effective brand marketing campaigns that drive growth in demand.
- Shape the brand tone of voice, value proposition, and key messages.
- Own organic social media presence and calendar.
Marketing and Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize brand marketing campaigns to increase awareness, drive traffic, and grow marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
- Own and deliver direct audience events strategy.
- Own our PR and comms strategy.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for
- improvement.
- Leverage brand partnerships to amplify brand stories through highly engaging and measurably effective marketing campaigns.
