Position: LPN
Location: Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081 (Nocatee)
Hours: Monday-Friday8-5pm
DL: $26-30/hr (Based on yrs of exp)
- LPN license
- CPR certified
- 3+ years minimum relevant experience as LPN preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- HS Diploma or GED
- High-Volume experience
Plusses:
- Highly prefer Peds experience
- OB/GYN experience
- EPIC
- Phlebotomy experience
- Associate’s degree or higher
Day-to-Day:
- Provides nursing assistance to physician
- Greets and chaperones patients during visit
- Maintain medical documentation
- Schedules care, treatment, and diagnostic tests
- Processes prescription requests and referrals
- Administers medication as needed
- Seeing 25-28 patients/day
