Position Overview:
As a Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) at The Summit Sanctuary, you will be integral to our mission of providing exemplary care and support to our guests. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that all guests receive tailored, effective treatment. This role requires a deep commitment to patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, health status, and progress.
- Assist with patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories.
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current LPN license in Arizona.
- Proficiency in clinical skills and nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
