This is a DIRECT HIRE (not contract) opportunity.
Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner:
- Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver exceptional primary care
- Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population
Qualifications of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner:
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program recognized by the Oregon Board of Nursing
- Relevant Master’s degree
- Current DEA certification
- Hold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon
- Hold valid, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner national certification issued American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or National Certification Corporation (NCC), or an equivalent Medicare/Medicaid approved certifying body
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
