Type: Contract to permanent
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am
Pay: $25-$27/hour
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse:
· Coordinate and document medical program compliance in accordance with Agency & OASAS policies, procedures and regulations.
· Provide available support to residents and on site daily for oversight and documentation of self medication.
· Ensures that all documentation for medical appointments is recorded accurately; track outcomes & needs.
· Completes and monitors medication administration records.
Qualifications for the LPN:
· Graduate of Accredited LPN Program
· Active, unrestricted LPN licensure in New York
· Behavioral health or acute detox experience highly preferred
