Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner located in San Francisco, CA. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to newborns in critical condition, collaborating with healthcare teams, and supporting families through challenging times.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Graduate degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Board certification as an NNP
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) and Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC)
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff
- Experience in Level III and preferably Level IV neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) is required
