A software company in Westchester County is looking to add a new Marketing Coordinator to their growing team. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for acting as the primary Digital Marketing Coordinator on a small team and also as a Marketing Generalist who will contribute in different areas as needed
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Coordinator will:
- Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing collateral, digital content, email campaigns, social media, case studies, and proposals
- Partner with marketing team members to build landing pages, email assets, and content to drive the execution of campaigns
- Coordinate website updates, publish content, and recommend enhancements based on results
- Manage email automation tool (Mailchimp), including creation of campaigns, coordinating content and other email assets, and maintaining contact lists
- Partner with Sales Administrator on integrating sales & marketing tools (Salesforce and others) and maximizing ROI of shared data
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, scheduling, and tracking metrics
- Assist with PowerPoint presentation development
- Monitor and triage contacts from website, inbound email, and telephone inquiries
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in Social Media posting and planning
- Familiar with with CRM and Email Automation platforms, Marketing Analytics tools, and Web Development technologies
- Experience with Excel (advanced beginner level or above, not novice level) and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Strong writing, grammar, spelling, proofreading, and researching skills
- Reliable, proactive, self-motivated, and committed to high standards of quality and urgency
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Digital Marketing experience
- B2B or B2G Marketing experience
- Familiar with Tableau or other data visualization tools
