Our client, a Beauty Company in New York City, is seeking a Freelance Creative Project Coordinator with a robust background in the beauty industry. This key role involves managing the creative workflow across various channels, including POS/Display, Digital/e-Commerce, and Paid Media, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and align with our high standards. This position is hybrid and based out of New York and must be able to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of creative project requests, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve project roadblocks and risks.
- Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in the beauty or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- In-depth understanding of creative workflows and processes.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or Trello.
