We’re currently looking for a wine-loving, energetic, and experienced salesperson to join our team as the Sales & Marketing Representative based in Florida. As the Sales & Marketing Rep, you’ll be responsible for managing key relationships with distributors and calling on key on and off-premise accounts throughout the state. You will become a key brand ambassador for Just Enough Wines, with the goal of gaining new accounts, increasing sales velocities in existing accounts, growing our brand presence, and building relationships with distributors, wholesalers and consumers. This is a FL-based work-from-home and on-the-road position. If you’re self-motivated, competitive, extroverted, and goal-oriented, this is the role for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the on- and off-premise of assigned territory by building meaningful relationships with buyers and distributor partners
- Achieve specified account sales goals and visit a minimum of 5+ accounts a day
- Identify and develop new accounts and maintain outstanding rapport in existing accounts
- Communicate with retail accounts regarding brand awareness, new releases, pricing, inventory, events, etc.
- Become acquainted with every key decision-maker or decision influencer in your market
- Attend internal educational and team meetings
- Conduct wine tastings/demos and hold promotional events across your territory
- Log all daily sales calls in HubSpot and recap weekly to manager
- Other duties as defined by Manager
What you need for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of progressive sales experience and account management in the wine or beverage industry
- Must be minimum of 21 years of age
- Knowledge of the FL marketplace
- Passion for premium canned wine!
- Self-starter, results-driven, ability to work independently
- General knowledge of the wine making process and taste/flavor profiling
- Enthusiastic, people-person
- Effective communicator and relationship-builder
- Excellent time manager
- Love a flexible schedule and jazzed to work nights & weekends, on occasion
- Must live in the assigned market and have the ability to travel by car frequently throughout the market
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable source of transportation and insurance
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
