Our client, a financial institution in Miami, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Marketing Manager with experience working in Latin American markets for a 1-year contract. This role will be pivotal in coordinating and developing marketing strategies and materials tailored to various regions within Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market dynamics and cultural nuances, enabling them to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive partnerships and sponsorships. As a Bilingual Marketing Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders in the Latin American markets, ensuring alignment and effectiveness in all marketing efforts. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese language skills being a significant advantage.
This is a 1-year contract that requires 3-days/week onsite in Miami.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to Latin American markets to drive partnerships and sponsorships.
- Create and localize marketing materials and content for different regions, ensuring cultural relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand market needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on Latin American markets.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics within Latin America.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in Portuguese is a significant plus.
