The ideal candidate for this senior-level B2B finance role will bring at least 7 years of experience and a strong financial services background. As Communications Manager, you'll direct agency of record (AOR) activities and collaborate cross-functionally with various department heads to elevate the firm's profile and drive strategic initiatives.
The Role:
- Craft and implement communications strategies to enhance the company's reputation across key stakeholder groups
- Spearhead thought leadership programs that position the firm's experts as industry authorities
- Oversee digital and social media initiatives, with emphasis on LinkedIn engagement
- Manage relationships with top-tier media outlets and handle high-profile press inquiries
- Coordinate efforts with marketing, investor relations, legal, and compliance teams
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in financial services communications, with expertise in areas such as investment banking, corporate reputation management, and thought leadership
- Proven track record in both traditional and digital media relations
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with a knack for compelling storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
