Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with utilizing company equipment for virtual visits
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the required territory daily
- Serve as a liaison between providers and patients
- Function as a team member, including being flexible, able to work additional hours when needed and providing backup
- Manage/maintain equipment and supply inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Home Health AideCertification or equivalent required
- 1+ years of HHA or equivalentexperience required
- BLS – Basic Life Support Certification through American Heart Association preferred
- Must be comfortable working in residential settings
- Must be willing to travel daily within assigned territory
- Work as a valued team member, be flexible and able to work additional hours when needed and provide backup
- Excellent assessment skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work independently and as part of a team
