Must have 2 years experience - acute rehab experience highly preferred but will consider general Med/Surg experience. Required Upon Submission: BLS and ACLS are highly preferred. Must have active MD/Compact license in packet at time of submission, no temp licenses allowed. COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted.
