Ambassador Personnel is looking for an ambitious Selling Branch Manager to join our team. This is an enticing position that has a solid and supportive team in place.
We are a full-cycle staffing firm, privately owned and not franchised, Ambassador is located in multiple states while maintaining a national footprint in recruiting and staffing. The Selling Branch Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding the budgets and goals set for the branch by growing the branch s profitability through sales, marketing, recruiting, and cost management. The primary responsibility of the Selling Branch Manager is to plan, develop, and direct all activities, including sales and operations of branch and staff employees.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure the branch meets and exceeds the budgets and goals set for the branch.
Recruit, train, and develop all branch staff.
Manage all sales, operations, and financial aspects of the branch by ensuring proper usage of sales and recruiting pipelines and financial reports.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
Attend networking and community events held during and after hours.
Become an expert on all services offered by Ambassador to provide clients with solutions to fit their specific needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to worksite evaluation through the first invoice. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs in meetings via in-person, phone, or video conference.
Create and present presentation of best services, rates, and terms to meet client s specific needs.
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
Maintains detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer relationship problems.
Provides periodic sales forecasts.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven ability to manage sales, operations, and financial aspects and meet and exceed budgets and goals.
Proven excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to process information quickly and efficiently and apply practical solutions to problems Ability to be flexible in schedule when required to meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of verifiable related experience is required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Daily travel within the territory via personal vehicle.
