As we prepare to unveil our latest innovations, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us usher in a new era for Vicon. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, a continuous drive for improvement, adaptability to changing requirements, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. This role is crucial in establishing new processes, playbooks, and digital content for the new Vicon.
Key objectives
- Establish and implement positioning, target audiences, marketing plans across multiple channels and audience segments
- Lead the execution of the marketing programs from beginning to end, using internal support and collaboration to get things done
- Create and maintain an email and social content calendar and work with creative team to craft compelling visuals and videos
- Create, maintain and report on analytics to extract insights for future campaign development and market strategies
Responsibilities
- Write compelling copy for digital ads, website and even print/internal documents
- Help develop creatives or creative briefs to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications
- Create, implement and manage content for customer-facing digital content, including emails, website, advertising and social media
- Help create video assets like sizzle videos, product showcases or even video testimonials to compliment the overall strategy
- Help coordinate tradeshows, including outbound marketing
Ideal skills and qualifications
- BA in Communications or Marketing
- 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Positive team player with the ability to work with various teams to develop and implement content and marketing strategies
- Deadline-driven, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple high-priority projects
- Hands-on in all aspects of digital marketing
- Basic video and photo editing skills a plus
