About Us:
In 1995, emergency physicians Drs. Jay Ellie and Frank Edwards developed an emergency department staffing model that focused on needs of small community hospitals in western New York. Both practitioners recognized the growing gap between available services from larger staffing vendors and smaller community hospitals. This is where Delphi Healthcare and locum tenens medical partners began. A key focus of Delphi Healthcare is to find talented providers for rural, underserved community hospitals. Our locum tenens medical partners division partners with other community hospitals around the northeast to fill temporary and permanent positions. It is our hope to connect with candidates who would like to live and work in close-knit communities that will benefit from their background and skills.
