Quad at The Rock is seeking Temporary Local Seasonal production workers to help through the busy season. The Seasonal Production workers assist in meeting production goals and deadlines during times of increased volume.
Additional labor is needed from October 1 - December 1, 2023. Seasonal workers will be hired as temporary employees, which is a non-benefited position.
- Pay is $15 / hr. Night shift will receive an additional $.75 / hr. premium.
Qualifications: - Receive and follow instructions.
- Must have the ability to work 12-hour shifts (7 A.M. - 7 P.M., or 7 P.M. - 7 A.M.).
- Must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Follow standard operating procedures of the department at all times.
- Team player and able to work well with others.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to consistently lift 15 to 30 lbs.
- Good math.
- Good verbal & written skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions.
Physical Demands: - Lift to 15-30 lbs. continuously.
- Lift to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Stand for 12 hours.
- Use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movements.
- Use vision to identify defects.
