Job Title: Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist

Overview
The Marketing Advanced Analytics Specialist will leverage data and analytical techniques to drive marketing strategy, optimize campaign performance, and support data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and marketing knowledge to translate complex data into actionable insights. This individual should have superior communication skills, be very organized, and be able to project manage an initiative.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large sets of marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Campaign Analytics - collect, analyze, and interpret data related to marketing campaigns.
- To measure the effectiveness of campaigns, understand their impact on the target audience, and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Campaign analytics provides insights into various aspects of a campaign, such as engagement, conversion rates, ROI (Return on Investment), and customer behavior.
- Campaign Performance: Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline.
- Dashboard and Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports that provide visibility into marketing performance and KPIs, as well as lead the design of the data and key metrics that go on the dashboard. Will provide business requirements for CDO to build.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, data scientists, and other stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Campaign Analytics
- Experience in handling large datasets and working with relational databases.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tool Tableau
- Test design
- Experience with Databricks and SnowFlake
- Proficiency with Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
