City Lifestyle is looking for an experienced and results driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the company's recruiting marketing strategy. This includes marketing for the recruitment of highly qualified franchise owners. A well organized, detail oriented individual with a proven ability to initiate activity and see projects through to a timely completion would succeed in this full-time, in-office role based in Kansas City, MO.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with our recruiting team to enhance our marketing program to find great, qualified candidates for future publications
- Improve our volume of candidates signing / month while reducing our overall cost / candidate
- Leading in the planning and execution of the needed digital assets to build strong affirmation of a franchise opportunity
- Oversee the planning, team and systems development needed to support the efforts noted above
Skills, Traits, and Job Requirements
- Strong digital marketing experience is highly desired
- Proven track record of reaching a targeted audience
- Experience in digital advertising via Meta & LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to adapt to growth within our rapidly expanding company. Self-induced initiative is greatly desired.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Open to constructive criticism
