Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Case Management Nurse at My Net RN. The Case Management Nurse will be responsible for attending appointments with injured workers, managing multiple injured worker files, providing education to the injured workers as it pertains to the work injury, updating the team members on every case file ongoing, and providing exceptional nurse case management services to every client. The role is located in Denver, CO, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Planning, Utilization Management, and Case Management skills
- RN License (compact preferred)
- Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Nursing and Medicine expertise
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setup
- Certification in Case Management (CCM) preferred
- Experience in worker's compensation or occupational health preferred
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
