We seek an experienced and driven Associate Digital Media Manager to help oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns for our Clients. As an Associate Digital Media Manager at Never Without, you will work directly with our Digital Media team on all aspects of digital advertising, gaining a diverse skill set across various client verticals.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background and interest in paid advertising and social media. Additionally, you must possess excellent organizational skills and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support media management in executing client marketing strategies, helping keep projects on schedule and plan.
- Set up and manage digital campaigns via Google, Meta, and other ad platforms.
- Trafficking digital ads across multiple platforms, conducting thorough QA on assets and settings, producing ad demos that meet client expectations, and recommending refinements as beneficial
- Work with clients on campaign initiation and management -- monitoring timelines and budgets and managing expectations.
- Support analytics needs, pull data, and assist in media and creative.
- Work with client CRM lists, cleaning and uploading for customer match and suppression.
- Conduct category, competitive, and placement research to guide media and strategic planning.
- Own and grow relationships with client contacts, strengthening connections and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital paid media role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Full-time availability during regular business hours (M-F 8:30 am-5:30 pm EST)
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets & Slides
- Intermediate experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager
- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely while being a collaborative team member
- Creative and strategic thinker; drive to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and great people skills
Interview Expectations:
Those who proceed to the final interview round must complete two assessments to demonstrate their knowledge and experience with ad platforms and reporting skills.
