Senior Administrator Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Administrator with a strong background in nursing home operations, compliance, and leadership to oversee multilpe communities in the Kansas City, MO area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex healthcare organizations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving excellence in patient care.
Senior Administrator Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to department heads and staff
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to enhance resident care and services
- Manage budgets, finances, and resources to achieve facility goals
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration
- Ensure survey readiness and manage survey processes
Senior Administrator Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, including CMS guidelines
- Proven leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
