Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in paid digital marketing and ad placement optimization, preferably within an ad agency or digital marketing environment.
• Proficient knowledge of major paid digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, programmatic platforms, and ad servers.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with website tagging and tracking implementation, using tools like Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.
• Solid understanding of paid digital marketing metrics and KPIs, including CTR, conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and learning new digital marketing techniques.
