We are seeking a full-time motivated and dynamic full-time Sales & Marketing Representative. This role involves networking to gain new clients, and ensuring all appointments are handled with the highest level of customer service and involved in community outreach. As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will assist the CEO in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with new prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to introduce our services and schedule meetings
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to identify and connect with new potential clients.
- Appointment Management: Confirm and manage appointments with new prospective clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions, maintaining the company’s reputation for trust and reliability.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing team and CEO to develop strategies for attracting new clients and expanding our market presence.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on outreach activities, client interactions, and business development progress to management.
- Community Outreach: Engage with local communities, businesses, and organizations to promote the company’s services and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the Information Technology services industry is a plus.
