Job Summary
Are you a skilled nurse practitioner looking for a fulfilling career in neurology? Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner. In this role, you will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support for individuals with neurological conditions.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and non-pharmacologic interventions Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide education and support Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach Provide patient and family education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize patient care delivery Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose and treat patients with neurological conditions
Qualifications: 6 Months of Long Term Care Experience DEA License Nurse Practitioner License Experience in Neurology
