Position Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time, providing stability and professional satisfaction in a hospital-employed setting.
- Schedule: Enjoy a Friday-Friday schedule with 12-hour shifts, one week on and one week off, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- On-Call: During your week on shift, participate in on-call responsibilities from 7 pm to 7 am, contributing to comprehensive patient care.
- ICU Dynamics: Manage an average patient census in ICU ranging from 7-10 patients, engaging in a challenging and rewarding clinical environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a dedicated team comprising one physician, 5 advanced providers, and support staff, including RNs, Nursing Assistants, RT, Case Management, and Office Staff.
- Advanced Facilities: Benefit from a newly opened ICU, featuring brand new Ultrasound equipment introduced in 2023, enhancing diagnostic capabilities and patient care.
- Technological Advancement: Utilize EPIC Smart Rooms, contributing to the annual recognition of reaching new heights in the Most Wired awards for 2022.
- Academic Interaction: Engage with Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students on-site, fostering an enriching academic atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care, showcasing expertise in the field.
- Experience: Open to both newly trained fellows and practicing physicians, encouraging a diverse and collaborative professional environment.
- Licensure: Possess an Indiana Medical License, ensuring adherence to state regulations.
- Certifications: Maintain BLS/ACLS certifications, reflecting commitment to high-quality patient care.
