Marketing and Brand Strategist
A leading local, independent Wealth Management firm seeks an energized and confident individual who will thrive in a busy environment. The candidate must be professional in appearance and manner, willing to accept direction, and quick to learn new skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Greet, meet, and form conversations with clients
•Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors
•Oversee the implementation of online marketing plans and compile and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of such plans
•Work with team to create marketing calendar and budget for upcoming year
•Coordinate and collaborate to plan special events, promotions, and seminars
•Develop innovative strategies to attract customers to the company’s brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
•Project Management for various print/web projects and ensure quality control by reviewing all projects in detail
•Track and maintain sales records and modifies performance marketing initiatives
•Reports to leadership concerns and makes recommendations based on analysis and forecasts
•Publish and implement social media efforts for the firm
•Podcast production - coordinate guest and manage the platform
•Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop branding messages
•Maintain current knowledge of online marketing opportunities
•Work with outside partners to review newly released materials and roll-out options to the team for marketing efforts
•Analyze analytics of events, email blasts, seminars, including attendees, open rates, etc.
•Help design and update company marketing materials and print advertisements
•Prepare, fold, insert envelopes, seal, stamp and send packages and other correspondence as necessary
•Work with leadership to promote, utilize and grow the firm brand
•Analyzes existing website traffic and internet activity related to the company and products.
•Identify and recommend improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities

•Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Software Skills needed:
Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point), Canva, Adobe InDesign (preferred, not required), Constant Contact. Social media platform posting and marketing usage.
Education:
At least 2 years of professional related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
