Job Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist at Rowan Electric Appliance, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage campaigns, and analyze performance, with a particular focus on digital platforms, including TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Create and manage content for various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website, with a strong focus on TikTok.
- Support SEO/SEM efforts by optimizing content and analyzing performance data.
- Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and analyze metrics to improve engagement and reach.
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Prepare and analyze reports on marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Experience with TikTok marketing is a significant plus.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media management tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
