We are seeking a talented Nurse House Supervisor to join our team!
As a Registered Nurse you will
- Provide oversight for the provision of care.
- Serve as a resource to the direct care staff.
- Coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors and sentinel events.
- Provide support to the DON and Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
- Provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program and two (2) years as a Registered Nurse with one (1) year acute psychiatric experience preferred.
As mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) all employees and regular contractors of Haven Behavioral Hospital of Phoenix are required to obtain the COVID-19 Vaccine or receive approval for an exception prior to date of hire.
