Welcome to SPF Partnership! We re hiring a full-time Farm Equipment Operator for our large grain operation. In this role you will be operating various farm and other heavy equipment and trucks. We are family owned and operated where we value and treat our employees like family. We have a driven team that works hard to support one another to get the work done.
SPF Partnership is located in Woodburn, Indiana just east of Fort Wayne, IN. We are a progressive, large, grain crop operation that uses the newest technologies and practices available to farming and agriculture. We take great pride in the quality of work we do, our team, and our equipment.

What you will be doing:
- Operating farm equipment and other heavy equipment including tractors, combines, excavating, sprayers, and more.
- Performing light maintenance of equipment as needed.
- Driving trucks, hauling grain.
- Maintaining a clean working area in shop, on grounds, and in tractors.
- Assist in working various tasks around the farm.
What we re looking for:
- Experience operating heavy equipment in agriculture, farming, construction, military, excavation, or other relatable field.
- A team-player with a positive attitude that pays attention to the details.
- General mechanical skills with ability to work on equipment.
- Computer skills with ability to use technology.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- Valid Driver s License and willingness to obtain a Class A CDL.
