Job Description:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of the regional campaign and Account Based plans for North America, UK, Europe and APAC. The successful candidate will deliver performance across all core marketing disciplines, as well as work with colleagues to conceptualize exciting global campaigns that are all designed to deliver sustainable growth for the business.
What you’ll be doing
• Designing and implementing integrated multichannel marketing activities and tactical campaigns, aligned with regional commercial objectives.
• Working with a world-class marketing team, and industry-leading external suppliers, to build and deploy assets through CRM, email, social media, website, and advertising channels.
• Project managing the production of new product launch initiatives, in partnership with our Category Management team.
• Copywriting for web, email, social media, and PR
• Supporting the creation of visual assets for web, email, and social media
• Supporting market trend research and report writing requirements
• Working with key stakeholders to ensure all global messaging is aligned with our evolving VP.
• Partnering with Sales in the provision of marketing support to drive new business wins and enhance our customers’ experience.
• Supporting all global PR activities and Media Planning for the Group
• Supporting internal, customer engagement, and investor relations events
• Report on campaign performance to senior management using a suite of analytics platforms.
Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Three to five years’ experience of working across ambitious and complex campaigns within a dynamic B2B/agency environment and will be a digital native.
• Demonstrable digital experience
• A proven CRM track record, and strong copywriting skills
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Organization skills: You will be a proactive and engaging person, who can influence people at all levels of a business, displaying a ‘can do attitude’, you’re a practitioner not theorist. You must be self-motivated with the ability to support, plan and implement multiple projects as required with proven ability to break down components for delegation as appropriate, with clearly defined deadlines.
• Communication skills: An exemplary oral and written communicator, highly skilled in stakeholder mapping and management. Ability to establish and maintain effective communication with peers and senior management. You will be required to deliver presentations, facilitate meetings and trainings, and create reports. Detailed understanding of, and experience using, contemporary communication processes, principles, and ways of working.
• Strategic Vision: You will demonstrating broad business thinking – both strategically and tactically. Demonstrable understanding of the strategic role internal communications plays in driving organizational growth. Ability to create a strategic plan, align with other departmental strategies and to execute to fulfilment.
• Creativity skills: A Creative capacity is required to assist in generating solutions to unique issues. You must show a keen interest in Internal communications and be able to critically evaluate individual processes and projects and explore best practices.
• Integrity: An unbiased approach to ensuring appropriate communication is issued at the right times. You will be trustworthy, hold confidence and resilience when faced with challenging situations.
• People skills: A desire to deliver a quality end user experience. Influencing people, bringing people with you, and growing a cross-departmental network. Patience, resilience, and agility will all be needed.
