What will you do?
Work closely with clients during their visit with us to ensure their safety and satisfaction.
Perform a variety of diagnostic tests, medication administration, intravenous (IV) placement and infusions, monitor vital signs and symptoms.
Manage a case load of high end clients;
Work directly with clients to ensure customized care plans are followed
Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment.
- Ability to understand, respect and accommodate client's preferences and needs.
- Thoroughly prescreens clients which involves reviewing their health information and collecting documentation on any therapeutic implants, pacemakers, clips etc.
- Manage the clinical needs of assigned clients
- Adhere to the company standards while maintaining the highest degree of quality care
- Act as an educator by following up on physician recommendations to ensure client understanding, compliance and implementation.
- Highly proficient with IV administration
- Full Knowledge and understanding of all diagnostic tests and procedures performed
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
Valid FL RN license is required.
Associate's degree in Nursing is required
BSN degree required.
BLS
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s of Science (BSN) Degree in Nursing
- Previous experience in administering care to patients both in person and virtually
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and exceeding expectations
- Understands and follows organization’s safety and security requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
- Ability to problem-solve and resolve complex issues
- Interest in learning more about Integrative and Functional Medicine
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in clinical setting
- BSN
